Terms & Conditions — goya999 Platform Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on goya999, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered by goya999, you confirm that you have read this agreement in full and that you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These terms apply to all users of the goya999 platform regardless of the device used to access it — including but not limited to desktop computers, laptops, smartphones, and tablets. Access via a mobile browser on a Bangladeshi network (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk) does not exempt a user from these terms.

goya999 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently suspended. 3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of the goya999 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, live casino games, sports betting, and promotional offers — you must register a valid player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the goya999 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.

4.1 Deposits

4.3 Currency and Exchange

All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts on the goya999 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no currency conversion applied by goya999. Players are not required to deal with USD, EUR, or any other foreign currency when transacting on the platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

goya999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on a first deposit, regular reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL and T20 World Cup seasons.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by goya999 are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the goya999 platform. Game-specific rules are available within the relevant game interface and supplement these general terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed. goya999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the platform.
• goya999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any other integrity violation, regardless of the outcome.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a live game or betting session, goya999 will endeavour to reinstate bets to their last valid state. Where this is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human use
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain

• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your account
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions or to misrepresent your location
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing goya999 staff or other players via any communication channel

8. Account Suspension & Closure

goya999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under goya999's Responsible Gaming programme
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other lawful directive requiring account closure
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will be preserved and not used by goya999 during the investigation period. Where an account is permanently closed as a result of a breach, goya999 reserves the right to withhold funds where those funds are connected to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for reasons unrelated to responsible gaming may do so by contacting goya999 support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of KYC, provided no breach of these terms has occurred.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the goya999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, interface designs, and code — is the property of goya999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the goya999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the goya999 platform without prior written authorisation from goya999.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, goya999 hereby excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the goya999 platform
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond goya999's reasonable control (including natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications network failures)
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or other data provided on the platform
• Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits goya999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

goya999's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not in any circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their goya999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

goya999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, goya999 will take reasonable steps to notify active players — which may include a notice displayed on the platform at login, an update to the "Last Updated" date on this page, or direct communication via the player's registered contact details.

Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the goya999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised terms. If a player does not accept the revised terms, they should contact goya999 support to arrange account closure before the effective date of the changes where possible.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

12.3 Severability

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the goya999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and goya999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements (whether oral or written) relating to that subject matter.
